July 12, 2006 Newport Mayor signs RHODE ISLAND HISTORICAL PRESERVATION & HERITAGE COMMISSION permit.

June 2006 Resistivity survey of Touro Park by Dan Lynch to refine targets and confirm earlier GPR findings.

November 2005 Foundation hires Ray Pasquariello as project archeologist.
